ClassPass is committed to providing users the best in-person and on-demand fitness, wellness, and beauty experiences. Though you will no longer be able to sign into the ClassPass Go app, you can continue to access audio and video workouts in the ClassPass app.
To continue working out with us, simply sign into the ClassPass app with your ClassPass Go login details.
If you would prefer to request a refund for your ClassPass Go account, follow these steps:
iOS
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund".
- Choose the reason why you'd like a refund, then choose next.
- Choose the subscription, then choose Submit.
Android
- Go to play.google.com.
- At the top right, click your profile icon.
- Select 'Payments & subscriptions'.
- Select 'Budget & order history'.
- Find the order you want to return.
- Select Request a refund.
- Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
