What is ClassPass?
ClassPass is a monthly fitness membership that allows you to access thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in any of the 60+ cities we’re in worldwide!
What happens to my GuavaPass membership or class package?
Your GuavaPass membership will remain active through 14 January 2019 at 23:59 hours. Your membership will be canceled at that time.
I have a Class Package through GuavaPass, do I get a refund for my unused membership or classes?
Your membership will be valid until the 14 January 2019 at 23:59 hours. At that point, you will have a ClassPass account created for you with the equivalent value to your unused GuavaPass membership. Please note that this will not be a recurring membership but will have the same expiration as your GuavaPass membership.
You’ve been gifted ClassPass credits in place of your remaining classes in your GuavaPass package. This is based on the average ClassPass cost per class in your city.
How do I access my free account or credits through ClassPass?
We’ve set up a ClassPass account for you (or added to your existing ClassPass account) to reserve classes with credits in place of the classes you had remaining through your GuavaPass account. If you are an existing ClassPass member, these credits will expire at the time your GuavaPass class pack was set to expire. If you are new or returning to ClassPass, your membership with ClassPass will expire at the time your GuavaPass class pack was set to expire. You can check out that date here. When do my class package credits expire?
Your credits from your previous GuavaPass membership will expire the same date as your class package was set to expire. You can refer to this date here. Note: This date is different than your cycle date - please refer to your “Add-on credits” expiration date.
If you’d like to continue your membership after your credits run out - you can update your plan selection at any time by choosing a plan here after your membership expires.
How much do ClassPass memberships cost?

What are your cancelation policies?
We all have those days when making it to class just isn't going to happen. On those days, it's important to keep our class cancellation policy in mind. This policy is important for our partners because it ensures that studios are still paid for spots that go unfilled. For many of our studios, filling each spot is critical not only for their business, but for guaranteeing you have a high-quality experience every time you attend their class.
- Late cancellation fee: if you cancel class within 12 hours of class time, you will not be charged but the credits you used to book the class will not be returned.
- Missed class fee: if you miss class without canceling, you will not be charged but the credits you used to book the class will not be returned.
Please note that if you choose to renew your membership or after your class package expires or you currently have an active ClassPass membership, you are then subject to the standard ClassPass cancelation policy which you can read more about here.
What are credits?
Credits are what you use to book classes through ClassPass. In certain cities, you can also use your credits to book gym time and wellness. Depending on your membership plan, you get a certain number of credits each month. You choose how to use your credits each cycle. Classes have different credit rates, which are dynamically priced based on a number of factors.
If you’re running low on credits, you can always add more and we will rollover up to 10 unused credits each month if you can’t use them all. Learn how to add more credits here.
Will my favorite studio be available on the ClassPass?
A large number of studios available with GuavaPass are also on ClassPass. We will be working with studios who are currently only on GuavaPass to partner with ClassPass. If you have a favorite studio in mind, let us know. We’d be happy to check if they will be partnering with ClassPass!

Does this mean there will be limits on the number of times I can attend a studio?
You can go to most studios on ClassPass as often as you want each month. To encourage variety and exploration, the more frequently you go to a specific studio, the
more the credit rate may increase. In this case, you’ll see a message explaining this. The number of classes you can take at a studio before the credit rate may increase will vary depending on your plan.
I am currently on a corporate rate with GuavaPass. Will I continue to get a discounted rate with ClassPass?
At this time, ClassPass will not be supporting the corporate rate you had with GuavaPass. Our standard ClassPass membership plans are available which you can view here.
