Should you request to cancel within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. After your first 2 weeks of membership, there are no refunds for ClassPass membership. If you need to cancel due to extenuating circumstances (such as death, disability, or relocation), please let us know so we can work with you to accommodate your needs.
