From your Account Settings, click on the "Cancel or hold my membership" link then the "Continue with my cancellation" link. A chat box will automatically pop up.

From your Home Screen, tap on the Profile tab, then the gear icon in the upper left corner. From there, tap “Manage your plan,” scroll to “Cancel or hold my membership,” then the "Continue with my cancellation" link. Select the green “Chat with us” button.
