What is ClassPass?
ClassPass is a monthly fitness membership that allows you to access thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in any of the 60+ cities we’re in worldwide!
What happens to my GuavaPass gift card?
If you had an unused GuavaPass gift card, we'll be issuing you a ClassPass gift card of equivalent monetary value to ClassPass. You can choose to redeem your ClassPass gift card for a membership at any time. You can redeem your gift card here. How do I redeem my ClassPass gift card?
When you redeem the gift, you can select the membership type that you would like the gift to be applied to. If the value of the gift is greater than the membership option you choose, the remaining balance will be stored in your account toward your next monthly membership payment. If the value of the gift is less than the membership options you choose, there will be a balance due upon redemption. Once redeemed, you can view the monetary value of the gift card here. Gifts don’t apply to late/missed class fees or additional purchases for add-on packs or individual classes.

What are your cancelation policies?
We all have those days when making it to class just isn't going to happen. On those days, it's important to keep our class cancellation policy in mind. This policy is important for our partners because it ensures that studios are still paid for spots that go unfilled. For many of our studios, filling each spot is critical not only for their business, but for guaranteeing you have a high-quality experience every time you attend their class.
Depending on which country and currency your membership is based in, the late cancellation and missed class fees may vary.
- Late cancellation fee: if you cancel class within 12 hours of class time, you will be charged a fee.
- Missed class fee: if you miss class without canceling, you will be charged a slightly higher fee. When you miss class all together, other ClassPass members and direct studio members are prevented from booking your spot.
- Whether you late cancel or miss class, the class credits will be automatically returned.
What are credits?
Credits are what you use to book classes through ClassPass. In certain cities, you can also use your credits to book gym time and wellness. Depending on your membership plan, you get a certain number of credits each month. You choose how to use your credits each cycle. Classes have different credit rates, which are dynamically priced based on a number of factors.
If you’re running low on credits, you can always add more and we will rollover up to 10 unused credits each month if you can’t use them all. Learn how to add more credits here.
