On the website:
- Navigate to your Account Settings.
- Select 'Manage my plan.'
On the iOS app:
- Tap 'Profile' at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the gear/settings icon in the upper left corner.
- Under 'Membership' select 'Manage my plan.'
On the Android app:
- Tap the menu button in the upper left corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Under 'Membership' select 'Manage my plan.'
If you want to switch to a plan with fewer credits, your plan change will occur at the start of your upcoming cycle. If you want to switch to a larger plan, you have 2 options:
- Switch to the new plan at the start of your next cycle, -or-
- Switch to the new plan immediately and get charged the difference. Any unused credits will be counted toward your new plan so you can still use the credits you paid for. Your cycle date won’t change, which means on your next billing date, you’ll be charged the full price of your new plan. Additionally, any previous visits to studios still apply.
Please note not all memberships are guaranteed, but when you switch, you'll be able to choose from any of the membership options currently available.
