Your ClassPass membership allows you to take class in any of our participating cities when you’re traveling outside of your home city. Before you book while you travel, you'll need to change your location in your account.
To change your location on the website, go to your Account Settings. There you can set your location from the dropdown menu. You can change this location as often as you like.
On the app, tap the ‘Profile’ tab on the bottom of the screen. Under your name, tap your location and you’ll be able to change your location to any other ClassPass city.
This feature is meant for temporary travel. If you take more than 50% of your classes in a two-month period outside your home city, then we may change your membership to the city where you have been taking a majority of your classes and charge you the applicable membership rate for that city. We’ll reach out to notify you of any change to your home city. If you’re moving or you were signed up for the wrong city, reach out to us--we’ll update your membership to your new city to make it easier for you to find and book classes.
